Nearly all people find themselves sitting in front of a computer all day. Then they wonder the reason why they"ve pain in their shoulders. Then they live on pain killers to reduce pain when using ergonomic chairs when this can in fact be prevented. When sitting on an ergonomic chair, you"re now able to spend additional time in front of the computer and never needing to cope with persistent striving and back pain of your neck. Your concentration levels will peak when sitting comfortably.

I was in and out in 15 minutes. I could not consider it. And she was $12 cheaper! Then I recognized that she has a considerably smaller office (fewer exam rooms) her fixed costs are lower. So, since my chiropractor was still going to be out of town, I scheduled a followup visit.

Well, the main reason for this post is to let all who read it and have lost hope that I finally found something that worked. Keep your bearing in mind all the time. When you type, have a straight back, both feet on the ground with one a bit in front, and both your elbows at the sides of your body. Avoid craning your neck for a better view or looking at your computer screen.
